The success and failure of a destination tend to rest on its’ capacity satisfy the visitors. Listening visitors’ appraisal voices is vital in community-based tourism development. This study aims explore WPP Dalegan voices. data are collected through online reviews direct observation. finds that has high competitive advantage as family recreational it cheap, reachable, accessible, various local-traditional-cheap food, beautiful calm beach soft white sand playing learning ground for children. Despite comfortable image, some visitors voice unsatisfied services, facilities, nature-caused human-caused threats. also illuminates branding not only influenced by attract marine nature, but local community characters, education values. indicates develop destination, potentials determinant keys.
